31 Students involved In Beach Cleaning Activity at Pasir Panjang Beach Family Park, Santubong, Sarawak

Thirty one Cyberjaya College Kuching (CCKCH) students was involved in a Beach Cleaning activity at the Pasir Panjang Beach Family Park, Santubong in Sarawak on 12 November 2022. This is a part of the fulfillment for Mata Pelajaran Umum (MPU) Keterlibatan Komuniti subject involving Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology and Diploma in Environmental Health students.

The purpose of the beach cleaning is to raise student awareness about the need to dispose waste responsibly and at the same time create a safer environment for the public to visit. The Pasir Panjang Family Park is a public beach overlooking Mount Santubong where public often go for picnics and treasure hunt with metal detectors searching for valuables.
